At In2future, we understand that plans can change. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both attendees and organizers, while ensuring the successful execution of events.
1. Ticket Refunds
1.1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be honored based on the following conditions:
We don't refund the fees. The fees is refunded only in the case when the if event is cancelled by the organiser as we are charging nominal charge.
Note: Transaction and service fees (if any) are non-refundable.
1.2. Method of Refund
All approved refunds will be credited through the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
1.3. Special Considerations
Refunds due to emergency or medical situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by In2future due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns, low registrations):
Full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
An option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date or similar event will also be offered.
3. Event Postponement or Changes
If the event is rescheduled:
Tickets will be automatically valid for the new date.
If the new date is not suitable for the attendee, a full refund can be requested within 7 days of the rescheduling notice.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Service or processing fees
Tickets purchased through third-party sellers or resellers.
5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are fully transferable to another person, provided:
The request is made at least 48 hours before the event.
Complete details of the new attendee are submitted to us via [email/contact form].
6. No-Show Policy
No-shows (i.e., attendees who do not attend and do not cancel within the eligible time frame) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
