* Final payments are due  25 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.

* Cancellations made 25 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
* Deposits are generally non-refundable due to advance planning and resource allocation.
* In case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer date rescheduling where possible.

 Event Day Protocol

* Our team will arrive early for setup and stay until all event deliverables are fulfilled.
* A dedicated on-site coordinator will oversee timelines, vendor management, and guest flow.
* We maintain a professional, problem-solving attitude throughout the event.

 Health & Safety

* We conduct safety checks and risk assessments for all venues and activities.
* All vendors and partners must comply with applicable health and safety standards.
* For large-scale events, emergency protocols and first aid measures are in place.

Vendor & Partner Policy

* We work only with trusted, pre-vetted vendors to ensure quality and accountability.
* If clients bring their own vendors, we require coordination to ensure seamless integration.
* Vendor substitutions will only be made with client consent unless an emergency arises.

Data Privacy

* We respect your privacy. All event details, guest lists, and contact information are handled with confidentiality.
* We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
